Senior Hayley Robinson captured 3rd place and advanced in the 100Breast with a season best time of 1:08.42. Robinson also advanced in the 200IM and the 6th place 200MR. In the medley Kelly Kuntzman swam the Backstroke, Robinson Breaststroke, Adrienne Porter Butterfly and Kate Masfield swam the Freestyle anchor for a season best time of 1:59.40.

District Qualifiers: Conner O'Halloran (50FS), Kenny Drombosky (50FS), Mark Kuntzman (500FS), Chad Henson (100Back, 100BF), Brian Worhatch (100BF), Mike Barringer (200IM), Chad Deangelo (200IM), Erik Kuffel (200IM), 200FSR, 400FSR, 200MR.

Freshman, Conner O'Halloran won the Sectional Swimming Crown in the Boys' 50FS with a career best time of 21.97. O'Halloran also swam Backstoke on the 2nd place 200MR. Chad DeAngelo swam Breaststroke. Brian Worhatch swam the Butterfly leg and Mike Barringer swam the Freestyle anchor for a season best time of 1:43.84. The same four Boys placed 3rd in the 200FSR with a season best time of 1:31.57. Barringer, David Shilling, Worhatch and O'Halloran captured another 3rd place in the 400FSR. All of the relays will advance to the District Championships at Cleveland State University on February 18th and 19th.  Mike Barringer broke the Freshman record in the 200IM in a career best time of 2:08.26.  Boardman Swimmers advanced in other individual events. Senior Chad Henson will swim in the 100BF and the 100Back. Sophomore Mark Kuntzman will swim the 500FS. Juniors Chad DeAngelo and Erik Kuffel are joined by Freshman Mike Barringer in swimming the 200IM. Sophomore Ken Drombosky moves on in the 50FS and sophomore Brian Worhatch will swim in the 100BF.
